We understand that a Calming Coat, whilst a very good tool, is not the right solution for every dog. 

We offer the product with a 50 day money back guarantee. The shirt may be returned to us in a used condition as it will be donated to a dog rescue.

To return the shirt please visit www.xtra.dog/returns and choose the refund option. Once we have received the shirt back we will refund you.

If you bought the shirt from us at an event, please return the Xtra Dog returns form as proof of postage.

Other resellers may not offer the 50 day money back guarantee. We can only accept shirts back that were purchased from Xtra Dog.

Shirts purchased from Eco Dog who operate an Xtra Dog tent at events need to be returned to them.
