How to I return or exchange an item of yours that I bought from a shop or trainer?

If you have bought one of our items from a shop of a trainer I am afraid that it cannot be returned or exchanged through us. You need to return it to the shop or trainer that you bought it from as they will have their own returns policy. This includes Calming Coats.
