Can I change an item I purchased at an event?

Yes we are delighted to exchange items bought at an event, please go to www.xtra.dog/returns to complete a returns form. Please do not return goods without a returns number. We can also offer you an Xtra Dog gift voucher if there is nothing you currently want to change the item for.

Goods need to be returned in a clean re-sellable condition with any dog hair removed. We regret that we have to impose a cleaning charge of £10 for any items that are returned in a dirty condition.
