How long will an exchange / Refund take?

We aim to process returns with in 2 working weeks of receipt of goods. If you are expecting a refund (on-line sales only) then it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to return the money to you. 

If you need an exchange in a hurry then we suggest that you order a new item on our website and return the previous one for refund (on-line sales only)
