How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
We generally dispatch goods within 7 working days of receipt of order (for in-stock items). You will normally receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
If you need your goods in a hurry it may be possible to request a same day dispatch, please call the office on 0330 088 3647 to see if we can it. It is not possible to offer this every day.
Shipping in the UK is generally with the Royal Mail and starts at £4.85. You can choose Special Delivery (guaranteed next day delivery after shipping), Royal Mail 24 (generally next day after shipping, but estimates 1-3 days) and Royal Mail 48 (generally 2 days after shipping, but estimated 2-4 days).
Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands
We don't make any additional delivery charges or surcharges (except for Dog Scooters), but delivery times may be extended or affected by weather. VAT is automatically removed for orders to the Channel Islands when you enter your postcode - please be aware that customs charges may apply and may delay your order.
Shipping to Europe starts at £9.50 and will generally require a signature on delivery. UK VAT is automatically applied to all destinations in the EU and is automatically removed to any non-EU destinations based on the shipping address. Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 working days after shipping, however, we have to allow up to 20 working days before items can be considered 'lost'. This may be extended by any holidays or industrial action in any countries through which your order travels. There is an International Courier option available for more urgent orders.
Rest of World
Shipping to the rest of the world starts at £8.70 and will generally be a tracked or tracked & signed service. Sometimes the provided tracking numbers will not work until the package arrives in your country. VAT is automatically removed when you select your country at checkout. Orders are generally delivered within 7-10 working days after shipping, however we have to allow up to 25 working days before items can be considered 'lost'. This may be extended by any holidays or industrial action in any countries through which your order travels. There is an International Courier option available for more urgent orders.
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments to destinations outside the EU may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits and other factors based on the product itself. We have no control over what these fees will be. You, as the customer, are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid directly to the appropriate customs agency (often by them sending you a letter to advise you of the fees before making delivery of your order). If your order is held by customs and you do not pay the fees it will often be disposed of after a period (determined by your local customs agency). We will be unable to offer any refunds for orders that are held by your local customs agency.
